Returns & Exchanges

Changed your mind? No problem. You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your items.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed
• In original condition with tags attached
• Returned in original packaging

Sale items and personalised products are non-refundable.

Refunds

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.

To initiate a return, contact us first at sav@guitocharlesherard.com. Do not send your parcel back until you have received our confirmation. Refunds will only be processed once we have received and inspected the returned item.

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 28 days to your original payment method.

We are not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to your parcel during return transit. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged on arrival. To request an exchange, email us at sav@guitocharlesherard.com  with your order number and the item you'd like in return.
